WHY DO YOU CAPTURE SO MUCH INFORMATION FROM NEW CUSTOMERS?

The key to great service is having information up front. We ask for your physical address in case we need to deliver something. We ask for your starch preference so we know what you like on your shirts. We ask for your birth month and date so we can give you discounts. We ask for your mobile provider so we can text you when you order is ready. And we ask if you prefer to pay with cash or card so we can expedite your pick up process. It’s all about you and in order to provide excellent customer service we need information. And we appreciate your patience.

Are you a laundromat?

Bond Laundry Co. is a full service dry cleaners and wash and fold facility. We don’t have coin operated machines like a laundromat which means you can’t come in and do your own laundry. However, you can drop your laundry off and we can provide wash & fold services for only $1.75/lb.
 

DO you starch jeans?

You bet we starch jeans and shirts, shorts, lab coats. You get the picture. Our starch options include None, Light, Medium, Heavy and Extra Heavy. Extra Heavy is pretty much a permanent starch and will make your jeans stand up. It will also give your feet starch burn when you try to slide them into your jeans!

I have a really nice dress i wore to a formal event. Can you clean it?

We take care of all types of specialty items from prom dresses, to wedding formals and even your favorite Cosplay outfit. We can even preserve and package your wedding gown after your big day. The only thing we can’t do in-house is leather. We will send your leather items out to a specialty service provider.
 

Someone told me you offer next day service. That seems too good to be true. Is that True?

Sounds amazing, right? But the answer is yes. Our goal is to have your items cleaned and ready for pick up the next business day. We will even text you or send you an email when your items are ready to be picked up. If your items require a longer wait time, we will be sure to let you know that in advance.
 

What sets you apart from other dry cleaners?

We are excited about several things we will be offering our customers. We use a barcode method on all laundry items. This allows us to track every item and will reduce lost or misplaced items. It also allows us to see exactly how many times that item has been dry cleaned. Your wash and fold laundry will be packaged perfectly in a custom bag. We value our customers and we want to be able to reward them for repeat business. Our state of the art point of sale system allows us to track so much data that will benefit you. We will even text/email you when your order is ready to be picked up. To say we are excited about what we offer is an understatement!
