30 day Policy
Bond Laundry Co. provides next day service on all dry cleaning, laundry and wash and fold laundry. We will even text you to make sure you know your order is ready to be picked up. While we understand some customers may not be able to come back the next day to pick up their order, is it expected that customers will be back within 2-3 business days if possible. We will make several attempts to reach you and let you know your order is ready. Orders left at Bond Laundry Co. after 30 days will be donated to a local shelter, clothes closet or crisis center in our area.
leather & SUEDE
Bond Laundry Co. outsources all leather and suede to a leather specialist. The turn around time is approximately two weeks. Because these items require special care and attention, a disclaimer must be signed to acknowledge your understanding of the issues that can arise when cleaning and restoring these items.

Bond Laundry Co., LLC is pleased to provide dry cleaning and laundry services to you, our customers, subject to compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of our service indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not so agree, you should inform us and cease using our services immediately.
General Provisions
Bond Laundry Co. reserves the right to refuse service to customers or clean any garment. We do not guarantee the removal of all stains. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or laundry bags such as money, jewelry, or any other item. Bond Laundry Co. is also not responsible for items left in clothing (e.g. ink pen, markers, lip balm, etc) that may result in damage to clothing during wash. Customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or in laundry bags. Bond Laundry Co. is not responsible for any items left in our store over 14 days. We cannot hold unclaimed garments for more than 30 days. Beyond this period, unclaimed garments will be donated to charity. All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. Bond Laundry Co. reserves the right to charge balances of previously approved payments/services to the customer’s credit card on file. Customer must pay all invoice charges prior to delivery of laundry and dry cleaning.
Bond Laundry Co. will not clean clothing infested with scabies, bed bugs, mites, fleas or any such contagious parasites or insects.
Damage Policy
Bond Laundry Co. will use reasonable efforts to maintain a high quality cleaning service. We accept no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions (no care tag), and accept no liability for items treated in accordance with the care labels or other instructions provided. Bond Laundry Co. accepts no liability for “special care’ items that include special attention, to be cleaned or that do not have care instructions. However, we will take special care of items that have been clearly labeled as delicates by the customer. We are not responsible for clothing bleeding, shrinking, or otherwise changing as a result of normal washing procedures. We cannot be responsible for the internal batting or other components of comforters/bedspreads due to age or wear or manufacturer placement error. Precautions will be taken to alleviate these problems if possible. Bond Laundry Co. denies any responsibility for lost or damaged items, should the claim be made more than 7 days after customer pick up or delivery.
Every measure is taken to ensure there is no loss of personal property. However, in the rare instance items are missing, a claim must be submitted within 48 hours from the time of pick up or delivery, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. Reimbursement will be according to provision stated below. Bond Laundry Co. denies any responsibility for lost or damaged items, should the claim be made more than 7 days after customer pick up or delivery. Additionally, before items may be deemed as lost, we require 30 days to attempt to locate the garment.
Lost or Damaged Reimbursement Policy
Any reimbursement shall not exceed the lower amount of the following:
- 10 times our charge for cleaning and pressing the item, in accordance with the Dry Cleaning and Fabricare Institute, regardless of brand or condition
- With an original receipt and proof of payment, replacement value of the garment(s) as follows: 100% if purchase was made under 30 days, 50% from 31-120 days and
25% after 1 year of purchase.
Bond Laundry Co. is not liable for reimbursing new items purchased by the customer to replace lost or damaged items.
Wash and Fold Policy
Bond Laundry Co. accepts all Wash & Fold garments on basis of weight and does not perform a piece-by-piece count. Reimbursements for lost or damaged items tendered through Wash & Fold laundry service may be issued if a detailed list of each item is accompanied with the order at the time of drop off. The list must include brand, item style, color and size of each individual item. The value of the reimbursement for Wash & Fold services shall not exceed more than 10 times our charge for cleaning the order, preferably in the form of store credit. If no list is provided at drop off, Bond Laundry Co. will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items and there will be no reimbursements in any form.
Bond Laundry Co. does all laundry in state-of-the-art commercial machines and therefore does not separate “hand washing” items. Garments requiring “hand washing” must be clearly separated and labeled by customer and will be washed using the gentle cycle. We deny any responsibility if the garments are damaged in the process, given the unique natures of such delicate garments.
